Joseph Ognibene

Joseph Ognibene is an Associate in the firm’s New York City office where he concentrates his practice on defending General Liability, construction and Labor Law matters for firm clients. Joe handles all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial preparation. He has a wealth of experience handling case investigations, written discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Before joining the firm, Joe was an Associate of the New York office of a national insurance defense firm.

Joseph obtained his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2020, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College, City University of New York, in 2017. During his undergraduate career, Joseph served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Vito M. DeStefano, Supreme Court, Nassau County. During law school, Joseph served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Kenneth Sherman, Supreme Court, Kings County.
